My third time surf spot, and the warmest ever. The waves weren’t generally strong enough so I learned to be patient, waiting for the right one.
49. Da Nang, Vietnam
During my four days here, I did pretty much nothing other than take a stroll along the beach, restaurants, massage, and surfing. This is the perfect combination for my ideal vacation. The service standards were also higher compared to Hanoi. I could have stayed another week, but I don’t know why I keep cutting short the time in paradise, in favor of touristic hotspots. Anyways I only have good memories from Danang, met Katie and a few other nice people, had a nice seafood, a decent massage, there was one job interview on the phone which got me thinking I could fly to Somerset the very next day. I feel the end is near as Danang was the very last place I felt like I must visit in this journey. Now onwards, I will be moving around thinking that each stop, or each night could bey last on this trip.
