Day 49 Siem Reap
Last day in Siem Reap. My overstaying in this somewhat overpriced town was a form of compensation for not having spent enough time in Penang. However it was still comfortable, cheap, accessible while staying here. It was constantly raining but I had a nice time here, indulging delicate French cuisine, enjoyed four hands massage, vibrant street markets all day and night. It was only that how the US dollars being de facto currncy here seemed to inflate everything priced 10x of what the locals would actually pay. It made me appreciate Penang & Malaysia even more.
