Finally got Kubernetes working in order! Migration from Docker cloud swarm to Kube cluster created by Kops is now complete with Voyager ingress for haproxy & letsencrypt support. Autodeployment was more straightforward with Docker swarm, but I suppose it is prudent to go with the popular choice after all. A few minor updates on each of the subdomains to follow, then I will get back to Python programming with Tensorflow before end of the summer.
