Moving to a new office tomorrow! From Mitte to Kreuzberg, everyone’s excited. It’s gonna take extra 15 minutes to my daily commute from Moabit, but once I move to the new flat, I will soon be able to walk to work. Gonna miss working in Mitte even though it’s only been 3 weeks.
I’ve been feeling somewhat down this week, perhaps due to not having many people to talk to, doing much meaningful work at the office or it could even be fear of getting fired due to scarcity of communication happening at the work. But with everything else in life, there is one thing that cures all. This morning my mood has completely shifted from a mild depression to total positivity.
As in any other city, I have once again resorted to mobile apps to find leads to potential acquaintances. This morning I began a conversation with a few more people, including friendly German mädchen. Now there is a girl who wants to teach me Deutsch, another who wants me to train her bedroom skills, someone to meet up in London plus a few others. Optimism certainly brings energy, but for alluring prospect, I can be a nice guy with big smile all day😋 (at Mindspace)
