I’ve finally found a place. The request had gone through & approved last night. Was hoping to arrange a viewing sometime today, but since its a short term rental, this startup company specializing on the niche market, kind of like airbnb for mid-term rental, doesn’t seem to go extra miles to mediate for the meeting between the landlord & the potential tenant beforehand. Nonetheless, people around convinced me that this looks ideal for me, so didn’t want to wait any longer. After all, Berlin experiences housing shortage, and I need one quickly. I made a transfer of my first month rent this evening, and looking forward to sign the short term lease hopefully tomorrow! (at Sanderstrasse 4)
