Out of the truths I would like to disclose to the public, is a fact about me having been suffering from insomnia. Even at this moment, after coming back home half-drunk and while having planned volunteer activity to participate tomorrow morning, I have decided to write this post instead of going to bed right away. Anyways, few observations I had made during the day, and respective plans are as the following:
Observations:
* Each meal served by the restaurants would hardly exceed daily recommended calorie intake when multiplied by factor of 3. Moreover, for a person like myself, who seems to consume extra energy each day certainly needs to intake more.
* Sleep deprivation, or a screwed up daily cycle leads to more adverse symptoms of weight loss as a result of skipping a meal, as I end up enduring my hunger after midnight.
* Everyday, I find myself wasting about an hour cumulative trying to decide where and what to eat.
* I wake up without any daily routine or planned activities, which deters from doing anything within an hour upon waking up.
Action items:
* Have 4 meals a day
* Plan a respective daily schedule, with three study periods between meals
* Adhere to the plan
So, my proposal for a new life style is:
9 Eyes open, administrative tasks
10 朝ごはんーpastaierie類
10-13 CFA problem solving
13 昼ごはんー丼類
13-16 A shot of espresso, followed by 日本語勉強
16 早い夕食ーメン類
16-19 CFA reading session
19-20 水泳
20 遅く夕食ー魚類
21-23 Relaxation, catchup work, Reflection, then hopely lights out
