Once again Te Anau, the day before trekking begins

Last time I was here, it was a spontaneous decision because I couldn’t find affordable accommodation in Queenstown, ended up having lots of time here. This time, got busy with registration, gear rentals, getting for supplies. Really got in my nerves when I found out how much useless stuff my parents intended to take with them on trekking. Mostly we ended up taking just right amount of things, just enough food to last us 4 days, perhaps more than enough layers of clothing, well got lucky because it didn’t rain while we were on the trail, but one thing I should have bought on this day was a sandfly repellent!
