Apparently I have been put through with full of unexpected occurrences, obstacles, confrontations and reconciliations throughout this past year of 2010, at the passing of a year to another, I realize one gets all one planned for after all. Back in college days, I hoped to accomplish my military duty as a mobile device programming engineer, after find myself living those days, I once dreamed about carrying out my career in Canary Wharf some day, now there it is waiting in front of me. Could this be just coincidence or does the supreme nature grant a man what he anticipates for. Well, now that I have seen whatever dreamt coming true, I become cautious, reminding self of "be careful of what you wish for." Every year has become better than the preceding one, and now that I let go of the best year I had so far, there would be less doubt on what this year of 2011 will bring out of me; however, I feel the need to be aware that this moment would also justify where upcoming years would lead me to. I have always felt thirst for "sail the world, see its wonders" propaganda, and looks like all the hardships I faced with yet dry my desire. As the next job contract is already set to expire on 12 Sep. 2012, right after conclusion of London Paralympics 2012, and having realised an easy venture does not come without months, perhaps years of planning towards, I believe this is not to early point to plan on what to do afterwards. In 2010, three months of mini-retirement followed by a new settlement have worked well for the time-being, why not do the same in 2013? European continent is already on her downfall, which is expected on my behalf, to be further realised in England after the Olympics. I shall anticipate for an adventure to another continent, the one I haven't yet been to, signalled by the subsequent Olympics host and recently a voyage once again inspired by Voltaire, for good air. Much as settlement is concerned, now that I have seen the bigger world, well technically Seoul would be bigger city in terms of population or land area but in terms of representation, there are only two other cities that can conform to my desires, possibly three or four depending on how quick these Chinese community manifest themselves into enlightened being. As I already feel ready to move to one while having lived briefly in the other, I believe this simple decision making could wait for some time.
일년의 마지막 , 그리고 어찌보면 길었던 휴가의 마지막 며칠새를 앞두고 편히 지나가는 날없이 보낸 탈도많던 2010년. 불꽃놀이와 sales permit approval을 알리는 메일과함께 시작된 2011년. 앞으로 더 굉장한 일들이 많이 일어나겠지만 지금의 나를 축복하며 앞으로 나아갈 길을 세운다. 여기까지 이끌어준 인연과 운명의 모든 축이되준 개체에 대해 감사를 표합니다.
